What Is Cognitive Vision Training?
Cognitive Vision Training, also referred to as Neuro-Visual Training, are exercises and drills that improve your speed of reaction (the time it takes to correctly respond to information). Regardless of the sport, information processing (the brain) is most important. Information processing includes everything from the moment photons hit your eyes, to image recognition, to calculating speed and trajectory, to actioning muscles as a solution set to the information received. Cognitive Vision Training introduces unpredictable information during exercises and drills that provides instruction on what to do next. For example, if the athlete sees Vector® Ball turn “Green”, they must catch it with their Left hand and/or move Left etc. The athlete does not know what to do next, until they see the color Vector® Ball provides. Cognitive Vision Training exercises the brain’s ability to process information, and like muscles, the brain improves with exercise.
What Is Vector® Ball?
Vector® Ball is a Cognitive Vision Training device. It randomly changes color (Red, Green, or Blue) with each impact (bounced, caught, etc.). This random color change provides unpredictable information during exercises and drills to enable Cognitive Vision Training. For example, if the athlete sees Vector® Ball turn “Red”, they must catch it with their Right hand and/or move Right etc. The athlete does not know what to do next, until they see the color Vector® Ball provides. Vector® Ball is the most versatile Cognitive Vision Training device available.
How Does Vector® Ball Work?
Vector® Ball emits a short burst of light, randomly changing the color of the ball (Red, Green, or Blue) upon impact (bounced, caught, etc.). This random color change provides unpredictable information during exercises and drills to enable Cognitive Vision Training. Vector® Ball is the most versatile Cognitive Vision Training device available. It supports countless Neuro-Visual training drills and exercises and is completely maintenance free.
What Is The Difference Between Vector® Ball And Vector® Ball S?
Vector® Ball S has the same great function and utility as the previous generation however, thanks to some design improvements by Eye On Ball Inc. engineers, the Vector® Ball S is stronger and lasts longer.
What Is The Size And Weight of Vector® Ball?
Vector® Ball is approximately 3.0 inches in diameter and weighs 5.7 ounces (similar to a baseball or cricket ball).
Is Vector® Ball Waterproof?
Yes, Vector® Ball is waterproof. The entire electronic component is encapsulated and sealed and there are no ports, plugs, or openings that could compromise the integrity of Vector® Ball. It can be completely submerged in water without damaging the Ball.
Is Vector® Ball Durable?
Yes, Vector® Ball is durable. Vector® Ball has a proprietary design to absorb and withstand vibration and shock. It can be thrown, bounced, skipped, etc. against practically any surface at game speed, without damaging the Ball. Vector® Ball is the most versatile and dynamic Cognitive Vision Training device available.
NOTE: Vector® Ball is NOT designed to withstand full speed strikes with a Baseball bat, Cricket bat, etc.
How Hard Is Vector® Ball?
Vector® Ball is very firm but not hard like a baseball or cricket ball. It is firmer than a tennis ball, but it can be compressed with a two handed squeeze.
Can Vector® Ball Be Used Outside?
Vector® Ball can be used in practically any training environment.
NOTE: Vector® Ball color changes are difficult to see in direct sunlight.
Is Vector® Ball Maintenance Free?
Yes, Vector® Ball is designed and engineered to be safe, and completely maintenance free. There are no plugs, wires, cables, apparatus, etc. to get lost or damaged, and the batteries are high-quality, stable, and safe (non-lithium). Vector® Ball is guaranteed for 1-year by Eye On Ball Inc.
How Long Do Vector® Ball Batteries Last?
Vector® Ball is designed and engineered to provide over 12-months of quality Cognitive Vision Training. Vector® Ball is completely maintenance free. There are no plugs, wires, cables, apparatus, etc. to get lost or damaged. The entire electronic component is encapsulated and sealed. As a result, the batteries are not replaceable or rechargeable however, they are safe (non-lithium), high-quality, and long-lasting. Vector® Ball is guaranteed for 1-year by Eye On Ball Inc.

Vector® Ball Usage Guidelines, Warranty, and Safety Information
TERMS OF USE
Inspect Vector® Ball prior to each use. Conduct a visual inspection checking for signs of damage, including but not limited to rips, cuts, holes, or gouges. Do not leave Vector® ball outside, as prolonged exposure to elements (sun, rain, etc.) can degrade the Ball. The Vector® Ball contains electronic components housed within a hard-protective casing inside the ball. If the outer shell is damaged it is possible that the hard casing could separate from the Ball and strike a person or property. Do not use if damaged and stop using immediately if damage is noticed.
WARRANTY:
Eye On Ball® Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that Vector® Balls will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, excluding normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, lost merchandise, or damage from the elements. There is no such thing as athletic success without hard work. Eye On Ball® Inc. disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or lack of improvement on abilities or skills.
