Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. During busy periods it can take a little longer. You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Orders are shipped through Amazon's fulfillment network, so your package may arrive in an Amazon box or with an Amazon tracking number. It's still your Eye On Ball order.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you and reship it once the corrected address and a re-shipping charge are confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

Orders are sent to our warehouse quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and wait 24 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. Then email us and we'll help. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Taxes and non-refundable charges

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
