Eye On Ball, Inc. (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser (“You”) that Vector® Ball, Vector® Saccades, and HECOstix® (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• The Vector® Ball limited warranty is for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
• The Vector® Saccades limited warranty is for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
• The HECOstix® limited warranty is for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the Product when used in accordance with the Manufacturer’s instructions. The Products are designed as hand–eye coordination and cognitive vision training tools intended for catching and throwing exercises to improve reaction speed, agility, focus, and related performance skills.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including minor fading of colors over time due to extended exposure to sunlight, extreme weather, or repeated use.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damage from exposure to solvents, chemicals, fire, or other external hazards.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources.
• Consequential or incidental damages, such as loss of use, personal injury, or property damage.
• Any non–Eye On Ball branded products or accessories used with the Product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty:

1. Contact the Manufacturer’s customer support at info@eoball.com or via the official website (EyeOnBallInc.com) within the Warranty Period.
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.
3. Describe the defect in detail and, if requested, provide photos or return the Product for inspection (shipping costs may apply).

If the claim is validated, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair the Product, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or issue a refund for the original purchase price (less any depreciation).

Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages; therefore, the above limitations may not apply to You.
This warranty gives You specific legal rights, and You may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Governing Law
