Cognitive Vision Training (CVT) exercises the brain's ability to rapidly process visual information. Just like muscles, the brain improves with targeted exercise. Impact-Activated Cognitive Training
The Vector® Ball is the world's first impact-activated reaction training tool. Every time the ball is struck, bounced, or caught, it flashes a random RGB color — red, green, or blue — creating an unpredictable stimulus that forces real-time cognitive processing.
Throw, Bounce, or Strike
The ball's built-in LED sensor activates on impact, emitting a random color flash — red, green, or blue. Each interaction creates a new, unpredictable stimulus.
Identify the Color
Athletes must instantly recognize the color displayed. This forces the brain to process visual information under time pressure — just like in competition.
React and Execute
Based on the color, perform a pre-assigned action (catch, dodge, pass). This trains the complete neural pathway from visual input to physical response.
Progressive Overload
Increase speed, add partners, or combine with sport-specific movements. As proficiency grows, drills become more complex — continuously challenging the brain.
Multi-System Coordination Training
HECOstix® is a unique tri-pronged training device designed to develop hand-eye coordination, cognitive processing, and fine motor skills simultaneously. Its Y-shaped design with color-coded grips creates unpredictable flight patterns that challenge multiple neural systems at once.
Toss or Throw
The unique three-pronged shape creates unpredictable rotation and flight paths. Every throw is different, demanding constant visual attention and tracking.
Call the Color
A coach or partner calls a color (red, green, or blue) while the HECOstix is in the air. The athlete must process this auditory cue while tracking the spinning object.
Catch the Correct Grip
The athlete must locate and catch only the called color grip — combining visual tracking, cognitive processing, and precise motor control in a single movement.
Build Complexity
Add movement, multiple HECOstix, or combine with sport-specific scenarios. Advanced drills can involve mathematical cues or sequential color patterns for elite-level training.
Precision Eye Movement Training
The Vector® Saccades Vision Training Kit targets saccadic eye movements — the rapid, involuntary focus shifts your eyes perform thousands of times per game. By training these micro-movements, athletes develop faster visual scanning, improved focus transitions, and sharper on-field awareness.
