Eye On Ball, Inc. ("Eye On Ball," "we," "us") operates eyeonballinc.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, order details, messages you send us, product reviews you write, and account details if you join our rewards or affiliate programs.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site, using cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information
To process, ship, and deliver your orders and send order and shipping updates.
To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
To send marketing emails or text messages if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To run our product reviews, rewards program, and affiliate program.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
To show relevant advertising on other websites and social media.
To prevent fraud, protect our business, and comply with the law.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for their work:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments.
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, connected through ByteStand, which packs and ships orders. Your name, shipping address, and order contents are shared for delivery.
Klaviyo, for email and text messages.
Judge.me, for product reviews.
Smile.io, for our rewards program.
GoAffPro, for affiliate referral tracking.
Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, through cookies and pixels on the Site.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat advertising cookies as "selling" or "sharing" information. You can opt out as described in section 6.

4. Cookies
Cookies keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and help us show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, the Site's cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

5. Email and text messages
We send marketing emails and texts only if you sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Signing up for texts is not a condition of purchase.

6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. To make a request, email vector@eoball.com. We'll verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide warranty service, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children
Our products are used by athletes of all ages, but the Site is intended for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Other websites
The Site links to other sites, such as YouTube, Amazon, and social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
