- Standard shipping on orders under $75 is $5.99.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for $12.99.
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
3. Delivery Times:
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
- To avoid this, please double-check your address details at checkout.
5. Compromise Solution for Incorrect Addresses:
- Recognizing the potential inconvenience caused by input errors, we offer a discounted re-shipping rate for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
- Customers will be required to pay this discounted rate to have the order re-shipped to the correct address.
6. Lost or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
- Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo.

Returns
30-day returns. You can return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original packaging with all parts included. This includes items bought on sale, such as the HECOstix® 2-Pack.
How to start a return. Email vector@eoball.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address, usually within 1–2 business days. Please ship the item back using a trackable method. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping. If you changed your mind, you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, we cover all shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Refunds. We'll email you when your return arrives and has been inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
Exchanges. To switch products (for example, HECOstix® RGB for HECOstix® OYV), return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Bought somewhere else? Amazon purchases are returned through your Amazon account under Amazon's return policy. For purchases from a distributor or retailer, contact the seller you bought from.

Returns vs. warranty: Returns cover new, unused products. If a product develops a defect in materials or workmanship, it may be covered by our limited warranty (1 year for Vector® Ball; 5 years for HECOstix® and Vector® Saccades).
