Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Eye On Ball training tools. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You can return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original packaging with all parts included.
How to start a return
Email vector@eoball.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address, usually within 1–2 business days.
Ship the item back using a trackable method. We can't refund items lost on the way back to us.
Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping costs
Changed your mind: you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover all shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Refunds
We'll email you when your return arrives and has been inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
Exchanges
To switch products (for example, HECOstix® RGB for HECOstix® OYV), return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get the item you want.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Problems after 30 days
If a product develops a defect in materials or workmanship after the return window, it may be covered by our limited warranty: 1 year for Vector® Ball and 5 years for HECOstix® and Vector® Saccades. See our Warranty page for details.
Bought somewhere else?
Purchases made on Amazon are returned through your Amazon account under Amazon's return policy. For purchases from a distributor or retailer, contact the seller you bought from. Our warranty applies to products bought from any authorized seller.
